WHERE are you?
“Drop a pin!” You’ve might have heard this when trying to link up with someone or find a particular place. But have you ever thought about dropping a pin where you are you, right now? Where you currently are is the most true and present thing in your life. It is worthwhile to “drop a pin” and take time to see where you are on your road trip.
A thoughtful examination of what are you currently doing, who you are with, and how you feel is one of the most powerful actions we can take to be understand ourselves. It allows you to determine the type of value you are adding to your life and if that value will get you closer to the your pursuits. Dropping a pin lets you take a look around you and take inventory on your health, your environment, your relationships, and how you are enriching your life and the lives of others. If you are finding value in where you are, drop the pin. Take note of what got you there. Describe why being there adds value. Know you are in a good place. If you can recognize that where you are holds value for your health, environment, relationships, and enrichments, then you are at an intersection of worthwhile pursuit!
If you realize that where you are is not providing you with more value, that is ok! You might need to change directions or take another route. There is value in knowing what is invaluable.
Drop a pin. Wherever you are, accept it. Accepting where you are will allow you to get to where you want to go.

So stop, take a breath, and ask yourself these questions:
- “Is this healthy?”
- “How is this healthy?”
- “Is the space I am in enjoyable?”
- “What about this space is enjoyable?”
- “How are my relationships here?”
- “Why are these relationships like that?”
- “What am I learning here?”
- “How and who am I helping here?”
